This Privacy Policy explains how Air Sense Media LLC ("we," "us"), operator of swgoh.pro and the
SWGOH PRO service (the "Service"), collects, uses, and shares your information. It is
incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service,
you agree to this Policy. We collect only what we need to run the Service. We do
not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
Account: email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash — we
never see it in plain text), your ally code, and gamer tag.
Content you submit: chat messages, saved threads/notes,
uploaded images, and any responses you flag.
Information we retrieve on your behalf:
Your in-game roster data (units, gear, mods, etc.), pulled from
third-party game data services using the ally code you provide, to personalize coaching.
Information collected automatically:
IP address and basic device/browser information, used for security and
rate-limiting.
A device identifier generated by a fingerprinting library (FingerprintJS),
used to prevent abuse of the free tier.
An authentication cookie (a secure, HTTP-only token) to keep you signed in.
What we do NOT collect:
Payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe,
Inc. We receive only a customer reference and subscription status from Stripe —
never your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
Provide, personalize, and operate the coaching Service.
Create and manage your account; authenticate you; verify your email.
Process subscriptions and billing (via Stripe).
Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
Communicate with you about your account (e.g., verification and reminder emails).
3. AI Processing
To generate coaching responses, your chat messages, uploaded images, and relevant
roster context are sent to our third-party AI provider for processing. This is essential
to how the Service works. We do not sell this data. Our AI provider does not use your inputs to
train its models.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service:
Stripe — payment processing.
Our AI provider — generating responses (see Section 3).
Hosting and infrastructure providers — running the Service.
An email provider — sending account emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or
property of users or others. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Authentication cookie — a secure token that keeps you signed in. Required
for the Service.
Device fingerprint (FingerprintJS) — abuse prevention on the free
tier.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account information while your account is active. When you delete your account,
we delete or anonymize your associated personal data, except where we must retain limited records
to comply with law.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Access / update — view and change your account details in the app.
Delete — you can delete your account at any time; this wipes your
associated data (saved threads, notes, chat history).
EU/UK/EEA users (GDPR): you have rights to access, correct, delete,
restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing.
California users (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, access, delete,
and correct your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for
cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children
The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it and terminate the
account.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information (e.g.,
password hashing, encrypted connections, access controls). No method of transmission or storage
is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Processing
We operate and process data in Colorado, USA. If you access the Service from
elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed there.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., by email or in-app
notice), and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance.
