Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "user") and Air Sense Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operator of swgoh.pro and the SWGOH PRO AI coaching service (the "Service"). By checking the "I agree" box at sign-up and using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By agreeing, you represent that you are 18 or older. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate it.

2. No Affiliation — Intellectual Property of Others

SWGOH PRO is an independent, unofficial fan-made tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), Capital Games, Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

"Star Wars," "Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes," and all related characters, names, marks, logos, and game content are the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of, and assert no rights in, any of those properties. They are referenced for identification and informational purposes only (nominative fair use). All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective holders.

3. The Service — Informational Only

The Service provides AI-generated coaching, suggestions, and analysis for the game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, based on your in-game roster data and a knowledge base of game information. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

4. ⚠ AI Accuracy — No Reliance, No Liability

You understand and agree that:

• The Service uses artificial intelligence, which can and does make mistakes. It may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or wrong, including unit details, stats, requirements, counters, strategies, and recommendations.
• All advice, suggestions, and information are provided "as is," without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
• You rely on the Service entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in the game.
• We are not liable for any outcome resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service, including (without limitation) lost in-game matches, lost or misallocated in-game resources, missed rewards, account standing, or any other in-game or real-world consequence.

You should independently verify any information before acting on it.

5. Your Game Account & the Publisher's Terms

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service, end-user license agreements, and rules of EA, Capital Games, and the game itself. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game account (including suspension, restriction, or banning) arising from your use of the Service. You provide your ally code and connect your roster voluntarily and at your own risk.

6. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

• harass, threaten, abuse, or engage in hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct;
• submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content;
• attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, prompt-inject, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its AI, or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to resell or redistribute outputs;
• access the Service through unauthorized automated means;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• use the Service for any illegal purpose.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our discretion.

7. Accounts & Registration

You agree to provide accurate sign-up information (email, ally code, gamer tag) and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

8. Subscriptions, Billing & Credits

• The Service offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier (Pro). Paid features are metered in credits that refresh each billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Paid subscriptions automatically renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account / the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds — monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the end of the current billing period and ends at the start of the next cycle; you are not charged again.
• Refunds — annual plans: Annual subscriptions include a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you cancel within those 30 days, you receive a refund of the annual fee minus the value of the credits you have already used as of cancellation. If you cancel after 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable; your access continues for the remainder of the paid year and ends at the close of that term.
• We may change prices and tiers prospectively, with notice for active subscribers.

9. User Content & Data

• Roster data is pulled from in-game data services using the ally code you provide, to personalize coaching.
• Chat content and uploaded images you submit are used to operate and improve the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted content to provide and improve the Service.
• Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Game Data

Game data is sourced from third-party services. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability. The game changes frequently; data may be stale or wrong. See Sections 3–4.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your needs or that any advice is correct.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Air Sense Media LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, in-game resources, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $50.

13. Release & Indemnification

You release us from claims arising out of your use of the Service and your in-game decisions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air Sense Media LLC and its owners, operators, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

14. Accessibility

We are committed to making the Service accessible and are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at hello@swgoh.pro.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., by email or in-app notice), and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.

18. Our Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, original content, knowledge base compilation, and branding (excluding third-party properties referenced in Section 2) are owned by Air Sense Media LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms.

19. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
